Pulp & Paper Regulations, amendment (SOR/99-166, OIC 1999-586)

The amendment replaces the expression "three years" with "four years" in section 32 of the Regulations.

The new section, under the Environmental Effections Monitoring Studies portion of the Regulation, now reads:

"32. The operator shall provide the Minister with the interpretive report and supporting data on the second and each successive environmental effects monitoring studying within four years after the submission of the interpretive report and supporting data on the previous study."

The amendment comes into effect on April 1, 1999.
